Acai Berry is highlighted as number one in the Oprah show by Dr. Perricone and Oprah herself said that she included Acai berry in her diet, she lost weight. Many people try to lose weight for this purpose they try to follow a strict diet and do vigorous exercise but at the end of the day they fail to do so as a result they end up gaining extra pounds instead of losing. I was one among them. Before knowing about Acai berry I thought of surgery and other means of techniques for losing weight. Besides that following a stringent diet doing exercise daily is not possible without a determination. But there are people like me who want to lose weight anyway.
